Open Divison – All Ages

Cupcakes:

Entries should be a Bakers Dozen (13).

Made from scratch (No cake mixes).

Displayed in a disposable, covered container.

Entries requiring refrigeration will not be accepted. 

Classes: Baker’s Choice. 

Pies:

Brought in a 9” non-returnable pan.

Must be made from scratch.

NO cream fillings or fillings containing eggs or sour cream.

        Double Crust Classes: Fruit and Berry

        Single Crust Class: Baker’s Choice

Cakes:

Made from scratch.

Brought on a non-returnable cake board.

Must be two layers or more.

No sheet cakes.

No Sour Cream frostings.

        Classes: Chocolate and Baker’s Choice

Youth Division (Ages 6 – 12)

Cupcakes, Cakes, Quick Bread or Cookies:

Made from scratch (No mixes).

Entries requiring refrigeration will not be accepted. 

No Sour Cream Frostings on cakes or cupcakes. 

Cupcake and Cookie entries should be a Bakers Dozen (13).

Cupcakes should be displayed in a disposable, covered container.

Cookies should be displayed on a paper plate covered with a zip lock bag.

Quick Bread should be displayed in a disposable, covered container. 

Cakes should be brought on a non-returnable cake board.

        Classes: Baker’s Choice

General Rules:

No entry fees required.

All entries will be auctioned off with the proceeds remaining with the Atlanta Fall Fesitval.

Only one entry per class.

All entries should be made from scratch.

Entries requiring refrigeration will not be accepted.

All entries will be judged on uniformity, taste, texture, appearance and creative display. 

Auction only donations will be accepted. 

Entries are due Saturday, September 14, 2024, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Atlanta Community Memorial Home. 

CLOSED judging will take place from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM All entries will be on display for one hour after the judging. Premiums and judging sheets will be available for pick-up at this time. All entries will be auctioned off at 8:00 PM at the park stage. 

Premiums for each class

1st place - $20

2nd place - $15

3rd place – $10

Additional awards include

Grand Champion Pie

Grand Champion Cake

Grand Champion Quick Bread or Cookie

Grand Champion Youth Entry

Premiums and awards should be picked up by the close of events Saturday night.
